Take your chain through the top 2 holes of each charm, as shown.

Any long chain can be doubled and threaded through the bottom holes to be worn as a more substantial piece.

This style may need an additional ring to clasp the double ended chain.

Thread the chain through the inner sides of the adjacent charms and through the top of the middle charm.
